The company was established in 1994. The directors and principal consultants are Chris Gordon-Wilson, Philip Brown, Geoff Waldmeyer, David Easy, Colin Braziel, Jeremy Larken, Noel Bonczoszek, Caroline Gordon-Wilson, Judith Howard-Rees, Dr Niall Ramsden, David Drummond Moray. Its directors are members of the Association of Security Consultants, ASIS, the BSIA, JSIC and the Security Institute.
